磺酰脲类除草剂水化学降解机理研究进展

摘  要:
磺酰脲类除草剂是目前世界上最大的一类作用独特的除草剂,可用于防除多种作物和蔬菜地各种阔叶杂草和某些禾本科杂草,同时因其用量低(10~40g·hm-2)、对哺乳动物低毒以及独特的除草活性等特点而受到普遍应用,因此了解磺酰脲类除草剂在水体中的环境行为及归趋对于其科学合理使用、防止作物药害和保护农业生态环境具有重要意义。本文对几种磺酰脲类除草剂在水体中的水化学降解机理进行了简单评述,并根据水解机理的不同将分为不带吡啶和三嗪环、带三嗪环和带吡啶环等3大类磺酰脲类除草剂,讨论了在水体中的转化以及黏土矿物的催化水解途径,提出了有待于进一步研究的问题。

摘  要:
Sulfonylureas are the largest group of herbicides with unique mode of action that can be used to control a range of broad-leaves weeds and some grasses in various crops and vegetables,and are very popular worldwide because of their low application rate,low toxicity to mammalian and excellent herbicidal activities. Therefore it is very important for reasonable application,crop safety and agricultural ecological environments to understand the behaviors and fate of sulfonylurea herbicides in aquatic environments. Hydrolysis and its mechanisms of sulfonylurea herbicides in water systems were reviewed in the paper. Sulfonylurea herbicides were classified into the three types without pyridine or triazine ring,with triazine ring and with pyridine ring based upon their hydrolytic mechanisms. The transformations and clay-catalyzed hydrolysis of the three types of sulfonylureas in aqueous solutions were discussed,and finally some caveats that need to be further studied were put forward.
