电动韭薹类培土机的设计

摘  要:
为解决韭薹现有的培土问题,结合基础参数与当前国内外电动农业机械设计思路,运用电能作为动力源,设计出一种以直流电机作为驱动的机械装备,进行无污染高效率培土作业。电动韭薹培土机由执行机构、传动机构及驱动机构等组成:执行机构以直流电机驱动的旋转刀辊来进行培土作业,电动推杆进行高度的抬升与降低;传动机构为一行星齿轮减速器串联一圆柱齿轮减速机构的二级减速器;驱动机构为直流电机通过减速箱转动主动轮,主动轮与张紧轮配合使履带运动。试验结果表明:电动韭薹培土机可以满足实际工作的要求,且动力为电力,无污染。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of soil cultivation of Chinese chives, a kind of mechanical equipment driven by DC motor was designed to carry out pollution-free and efficient soil cultivation operation, combining the basic parameters with the current design ideas of electric agricultural machinery at home and abroad, using electric energy as power source. The electric leek cultivator is composed of an actuator, a transmission mechanism and a driving mechanism. The actuator is the rotary cutter roll driven by DC motor for soil cultivation, while the electric push rod lifts and reduces the height. the transmission mechanism is a planetary gear reducer connected in series with a cylindrical gear reducer.The driving mechanism is that the DC motor rotates the driving wheel through the reducer, and the driving wheel is matched with the tensioning wheel. Joint track movement. The theoretical calculation of the electric leek soil-cultivating machine can meet the requirements of the actual parameters, and the power is electric, pollution-free.
