摘 要:
基于服务质量差异理论,运用二分类Logistic回归模型和层级回归分析法,对网点布局影响农户信贷服务感知质量的传导机制进行研究。网点布局不合理会降低信贷办理速度,进而对农户信贷服务感知质量产生负向影响;商誉评价在信贷办理速度对服务感知质量的影响中具有负向调节效应。在控制变量中,性别、受教育程度、服务态度、放款速度、信贷类型均对信贷服务感知质量有显著影响。据此,从优化网点布局、普及信贷知识、提高信贷员服务质量、精简审批手续等4个方面对提升农户信贷服务感知质量的趋势与前景进行了展望。

摘 要:
Based on the theoretical perspective of service quality difference, an empirical study on the impact of network layout on perceived quality of farmers' credit services was conducted by using binary logistic regression model. It was found that: The unreasonable network layout would reduce the speed of credit processing, which would have a negative impact on the perceived quality of credit services. Business reputation evaluation had a negative moderating effect on the relationship between credit processing speed and perceived service quality. In the control variables, gender, education level, service attitude, lending speed and loan type all had significant effects on the perceived quality of credit services. Accordingly, the trends and prospects of improving the perceived quality of credit services for farmers were forecasted from the aspects of optimizing the network layout, popularizing credit knowledge, improving the service quality of creditors, and adjusting credit interest rates and procedures.
