摘  要：
农民是推进社会主义新农村建设的主体,而农民的科学文化水平以及技术水平成为影响农业经济发展的主要因素,在这一背景下加快对农民的职业技术培训成为提升农民技术水平、促进农业经济发展的必由之路。文章主要对农民在职业技术培训方面所表现出来的心理态度进行研究,有助于农民职业技术培训目标的实现。

摘  要：
Farmers are the main body to promote the construction of new socialist countryside,and the scientific and cultural level of peasants and the technical level become the main factors influencing the development of agricultural economy.In this context,it is necessary to speed up the training of farmers' vocational skills to enhance the technical level of farmers and the only way for the development of agricultural economy.The paper mainly studies the psychological attitude of the peasants in the field of vocational and technical training,which is helpful to the realization of the goal of the vocational and technical training of the peasants.
