小麦抗病相关基因聚合育种的研究进展

摘  要:
育种是通过创造遗传变异、改良遗传特性以培育优良植物新品种的技术,将基因聚合分子育种与常规育种技术相结合已成为今后作物育种家研究的新方向。基因聚合分子育种主要包括2个方面,即遗传转化基因聚合分子育种和分子标记筛选基因聚合分子育种。近年来,随着现代分子育种技术的不断发展、小麦抗病基因的不断发掘,小麦抗病分子育种工作取得了重大进展。就小麦白粉病、锈病、赤霉病的抗性基因聚合育种的研究情况进行了综述,并对目前小麦抗病育种的前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
Breeding is through the creation of genetic variation,genetic characteristics,to cultivate new varieties of plants,the gene pyramiding molecular breeding combined with conventional breeding techniques has become a new research direction of plant breeding in the future.Gene pyramiding molecular breeding includes two aspects,namely,genetic transformation and gene pyramiding molecular breeding and molecular marker gene polymerization of molecular breeding.In recently years,with the development of modern molecular breeding technology continuous excavation of disease resistance genes in wheat,the study of wheat molecular breeding has made a great progress.In this paper,the main progress on the research of pyramiding resistant genes in wheat powdery mildew,rust,scab disease were reviewed.And the prospects of wheat breeding for disease resistance were also forecasted.
