摘 要:
Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.manihotis is a major disease attacking cassava in the world,but researches on its control were seldom documented.Three common bactericides were evaluated by using bacterial medium method to observe their inhibitory activities against 29 strains of X.axonopodis pv.manihotis collected from different areas.The results showed that all the bacterial strains were more sensitive to ethylicin 80% EC and Strepolin 72% SP,but were tolerant to copper hydroxide 53.8% WG in some degrees.It is hence suggested to apply ethylicin or strepolin to control this disease in the field.
