清脑止痛胶囊中马兜铃酸A限量测定

摘 要：
目的检测清脑止痛胶囊中是否有肾毒性成分马兜铃酸A。方法采用高效液相色谱法,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(40∶60)为流动相,流速2mL/min,检测波长315nm,柱温25℃,进样10μL。结果马兜铃酸A在20～200ng呈良好的线性关系,r=1,回收率为95.23%,RSD为1.83%;清脑止痛胶囊中均未检测到马兜铃酸A。结论清脑止痛胶囊中不含肾毒性成分马兜铃酸A。

摘 要：
Objective:Detection of Naotongning capsule whether there are renal toxic components of aristolochic acid A.Methods:HPLC method:aceto-nitrile-0.5%acetic acid solution(40∶60)as the mobile phase,the volume flow 2mL/min,315nm wavelength detection at 25℃,the injection volume 10μL.Result:A result of aristolochic acid in the 20～200ng was a good linear relationship,r=1 recovery was 95.23%,RSD 1.83 percent,no aristolochic acid A was detected in Naotongning capsules.Conclusion:there was no component of aristolochic acid A in Naotongning capsules.
