汽车钢板弹簧循环应力有限元分析

摘  要:
应用CAE技术对钢板弹簧进行循环应力分析,准确计算组件在装配和加载阶段的应力情况。将钢板弹簧两个阶段危险部位的计算应力合成,得到实际工况的交变应力极限值。分析结果得到钢板弹簧刚度试验的验证,表明该方法是实用有效的并可以用于钢板弹簧的设计计算。

摘  要:
CAE technology is employed in the cycle stress analysis of leaf spring in this paper,in order to accurately calculate the stress distribution of the assembly step and the loaded step.Stress of the two steps is combined to get the practical stress limit of a cycle.The results have been verified by the stiffness test,indicating this method is effective and can be applied to leaf spring design.
