腐植酸粘结剂对炼焦配煤的影响研究

摘  要:
为扩大炼焦煤种和降低焦化厂生产成本,研究风化煤腐植酸及其盐作为粘结剂对炼焦配合煤质量的影响。结果表明,腐植酸及其盐配入煤中均能提高煤的粘结指数,增大胶质层厚度,以腐植酸钠效果最好,在保证焦炭质量指标前提下,最佳配入量为5%,可使基础煤增配12%瘦煤,减少10%肥煤、1%焦煤和6%的1/3焦煤,为扩大煤资源利用新途径提供参考价。

摘  要:
The effect of weathered coal humic acid and humate as binder on comprehensive quality of coke was investigated to reduce the production cost and enlarge the sorts of the coking plant.The results showed that humic acid and humate could improve caking index and thickness of colloidal matter layer of coking coal,especially sodium humate had the best effect.On the premise of ensuring the quality of coke,binding additive with 5%was the optimum addition amount,which could add 12%lean coal to base coal,reduce10%fat coal,1%coking coal and 6%1/3 coke coal.
