两种热带水果中咪鲜胺残留的气质联用测定

摘  要:
采用弗罗里硅土柱净化和气质联用仪器检测的方法,研究了咪鲜胺在琼中绿橙和番石榴中的残留。用乙腈提取样品中农药,弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,乙腈和甲苯(V/V,99/1)洗脱。对琼中绿橙、番石榴两种水果样品进行添加回收率试验,分别添加0.2、0.4、1.0mg/kg,咪鲜胺在琼中绿橙和番石榴中添加回收率分别为84.95%~103.78%、83.82%~100.41%,变异系数分别为5.6%~8.9%、1.9%~9.0%。方法的检出限为0.2mg·kg-1。

摘  要:
Residues of prochloraz in Qiongzhong Green Orange and guava were determined by GC–MS with florisil column purification. Pesticide was extracted from samples with acetonitrile, followed by clean up in a chromatographic column packed with florisil, and eluted with acetonitrile and toluene (99∶l, by vol). Recovery was determined by adding prochloraz with 0.2, 0.4 and 1.0 mg/kg to Qiongzhong Green Orange and guava samples. Recoveries ranged from 84.95% to 103.78% and from 83.82% to 100.41%, with coefficients of variation from 5.6% to 8.9% and from 1.9% to 9.0%. The detection limit of method is 0.2 mg·kg-1.
