摘 要：
研究了高职院校教学团队的内涵特质及外延扩张时期教学团队建设状况,认为高职教学团队注重队伍规模建设、忽视团队质量提升,注重教师双师素质培养、忽视团队整体协调打造,注重校企表层合作、忽视深度融合机制建设,注重团队硬件发展、忽视团队制度建设。高职院校进入内涵发展阶段,需要从教师专业技能、团队合作精神、校企深度合作和教学团队制度等方面优化教学团队。

摘 要：
The connotation of higher vocational college teaching team and construction status in extension period were studied,it was found that vocational college teaching team focus on team size construction,neglect quality promotion,pay attention to the cultivation of teachers,neglect overall coordination,focus on school enterprise cooperation,ignore depth fusion mechanism construction,pay attention to team hardware development,ignore the team system construction. Higher vocational colleges to enter the stage of connotation development,need to optimize the teaching team from the teachers' professional skills,team work spirit,school enterprise cooperation and team teaching system.
