摘  要:
通过对消化体系的选择及双道原子荧光光度计测试条件的优化,建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定肥料中砷、汞的方法。方法线性范围宽(As0-100μg/L;Hg0-10μg/L),检出限低(As0.05μg/L和Hg0.07μg/L)。无机肥料中As回收率为98.8%-100.4%,Hg回收率为98.9%-102.2%;有机肥料中As回收率为94.4%-105.6%,Hg回收率为97.6%-103.8%。

摘  要:
To optimize the condition of digesting fertilizer and the operation parameters of dual channel atomic fluorescence photometer, a method for the determination of mercury and arsenic in fertilizer by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been established. The method had a wide linear range (As 0 - 100 μg/L; Hg 0 - 10 μg/L) and low detection limit (As 0.05 μg/L and Hg 0.007 μg/L). The recovery efficiency varied from 98.8% to 100.4% for As and 98.9% to 102.2% for Hg in inorganic fertilizer; from 94.4% to 105.6% for As and 97.6% to 103.8% for Hg in organic fertilizer.
