磷浓度对筒柱藻叶绿素荧光参数、生长及总脂含量的影响

摘  要:
以筒柱藻为实验材料,研究了不同磷浓度即:0μmol/L(P1)、9.175μmol/L(P2)、36.7μmol/L(P3)、73.4μmol/L(P4)、146.8μmol/L(P5)、587.2μmol/L(P6)、1174.4μmol/L(P7)对该藻的细胞密度、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量及总脂含量的影响。研究结果表明:第4~9天,P6处理组的细胞密度显著高于其它处理组。第1~9天,P5处理组的荧光参数ΦPSⅡ(PSⅡ的实际光能转化效率)和rETR(相对电子传递效率)均显著高于其它处理组。第2~9天,P4、P5、P6、P7处理组的荧光参数Fv/Fm(PSⅡ的最大光能转换效率)和Fv/Fo(PSⅡ的潜在活性)均显著高于其它处理组且上述4个处理组之间差异不显著。培养结束时,P5处理组的叶绿素含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.01),而总脂含量以P3、P4、P5处理组的较高,此3个处理组之间差异不显著。相关性分析结果表明:细胞密度及荧光参数(Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ΦPSⅡ、rETR)与磷浓度的相关性随磷浓度范围及培养天数的不同而变化。

摘  要:
In this experiment,cell density,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,the chlorophyll content and the total lipid content of Cylindrotheca sp.were studied under different phosphorus concentrations: 0μmol/L(P1),9.175μmol/L(P2),36.7μmol/L(P3),73.4μmol/L(P4),146.8μmol/L(P5),587.2μmol/L(P6),and 1174.4μmol/L(P7).One-factor analysis of variance results showed that the phosphorus concentrations had significant effects on the above parameters during the entire experimental period(P<0.05).As to cell density,the highest values were reached in P6 treatment from 4th day to 9th day in comparison with other treatments.Multiple comparison results showed that the parameters ΦPSⅡ(the actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ) and rETR(the relative electron transport rate) under P5 treatment were significantly higher than those observed in other treatments from 1th day after inoculation and continued to the end of the experiment.For the parameters Fv/Fm(the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ) and Fv/Fo(the potential activity of PSⅡ),the higher values were recorded in P4,P5,P6,and P7 treatments from 2th day to 9th day,with no significant differences were detected among the four treatment groups.At the end of experiment,the highest value of chlorophyll content was showed in P5 treatment,while the higher values of total lipid content were recorded in P3,P4,and P5 treatments,but there were no significant difference among the three treatments.Correlation analysis indicated that cell density and fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ΦPSⅡ,and rETR) all showed significant correlations with phosphorus concentrations,the pattern and strength of the correlations varied with culture age and the ranges of phosphorus concentrations.
