摘  要：
信息化对市场机制作用发挥、农产品和农业要素市场、农业市场主体、农业市场环境等产生重要影响.信息化将对农业产业链再造、农业线上线下融合、深化农业要素市场改革、分享农业市场发展、农业公共服务能力提升等发挥促进作用.要进一步提高信息技术基础装备水平,提高通用型农业信息软件研发水平,培育基于信息化的农业市场新业态,加强市场信息服务能力建设,不断从"互联网+"中汲取"三农"发展新动能,更好发挥政府作用推进农业市场化发展,同时助力更好发挥市场配置资源的作用.

摘  要：
Informatization is exerting an important influence on the role of market mechanism,the market of agricultural products and agricultural factors,etc. Informationization will promote the reengineering of agricultural industry chain,the integration of agriculture online and offline,deepen the reform of agricultural factor market and the development of sharing agricultural market,etc. We need to further improve the level of information technology infrastructure and equipment; improve the level of research and development of general agricultural information software; foster new agricultural market formats based on information technology; strengthen the capacity building of market information services,etc. so as to promote the development of agricultural marketization.
