摘 要:
以百合科十二卷属植物的当年抽生的花枝为外植体,经洗涤剂清洗后置流水下冲洗4h。无菌条件下将花枝消毒杀菌,无菌水冲洗3遍后切成1~1.5cm的茎段,接种至发生培养基上诱导成无菌系;筛选出合适的发生培养基配方,以MS+2mg/L BA+0.2mg/L NAA较好。继代增值配方以MS+1~2mg/L BA+0.1~0.2mg/L NAA较好,增值率可达1∶3~4。生根培养的配方为1/2MS+0.2mg/L NAA,生根率可达96%左右。试管苗炼苗成活率高达98%以上。

摘 要:
The explants from branches of Haworthia fasciata of liliaceae were cut and flushed with tap water for 4 hours after being washed with detergent.The explants were sterilized in clean bench,rinsed three times with sterile water,cut into 1-1.5 cm of pieces,and then inoculated on regeneration medium to induce sterile lines in turn.The selected optimal regeneration medium,subculture medium and rooting medium were MS+BA2 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,MS+BA1-2 mg+NAA0.1-0.2 mg/ with an amplification ratio of 1:3-4,and 1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L with a rooting efficiency rate of 96%,respectively.The successful transplanting rate of test-tube seedling was more than 98%.
