苜蓿生境中长爪沙鼠的种群动态及其防治研究

摘  要：
2013年4~10月采用堵洞盗洞法对荒漠草原地区人工苜蓿地中长爪沙鼠的种群动态进行了监测,并进行了灭效试验。结果表明:长爪沙鼠种群数量的季节波动较大,10月的有效洞口数是4月的2.7倍,种群变动总体趋势为增长型,9月和10月的种群数量显著高于其他月份;长爪沙鼠全年中在8月和9月的活动较弱,溴敌隆和鼠得克颗粒对长爪沙鼠的灭效较好,在鼠类种群数量较高时进行防控可以抑制种群数量增加、降低人工牧草损失。

摘  要：
Population dynamics of Meriones unguiculatus were investigated in artificial alfalfa habitat of desert steppe by the method of stifled and recovered rodent holes.The research carried out from April to October in 2013.At the same time,the field control test of Meriones unguiculatus was carried out in autumn.The results showed that population number of Meriones unguiculatus had great fluctuation in the season.The number of effective hole in October was 2.7times than in April,were 630/0.25hm2 and 236/0.25hm2.The overall trend of the population dynamics was increasing type,the population in September and October were significantly higher than other months(P<0.05).Activity of Meriones unguiculatus was weak in August and September in a year.The palatability and field effect of bromadiolone and neosorexa were good for Meriones unguiculatus.Therefore,it was very necessary to take effective prevention and control measures when the rodent population was higher.That can inhibit the rodent population increase,thereby greatly reducing the loss of artificial grass.
