摘 要：
浙南外海的格氏兔头资源刚刚开发,合理开发和利用该鱼类资源迫在眉睫。本文根据其某些形态特征和舟山海洋渔业公司、舟山兴业公司近几年的海上生产情况及存在的主要问题,提出了一定的对策和措施,供渔业工作者参考。

Based on the production situation from Zhoushan Ocean Fishery Corporation and Zhoushan Xingye Corporation of Lagocephalus gloveri off south Zhejiang,the problem of reasonable exploitarion and utilization was presented.The countermeasures were perhaps useful for fishermen and enterprises concerned.
