小麦叶锈菌菌丝体和夏孢子堆的扩展规律Ⅰ

摘  要:
在温室里比较了小麦叶锈菌叶中三号生理小种的夏孢子侵入慢叶锈小麦品种(中引305、中引515、中引709)和快叶锈小麦品种(无沙八号、纳罗)后,菌丝体和夏孢子堆的扩展速度.结果表明,接种后48小时到192小时,菌丝体在叶片组织内扩展长度与时间里幂函数回归关系,慢锈品种是Y=0.0879X~(1.3459);快锈品种是Y=0.1205X~(1.3859)。菌丝平均日增长速率,慢锈是0.169毫米、快锈是0.2535毫米。夏孢子堆面积增加与时间呈直线回归关系,慢锈品种为Y=0.0076X+0.005;快锈品种为Y=0.0182X+0.0142。夏孢子堆面积平均日增长速率慢锈为0.0065毫米~2;快锈为0.0156毫米~2。夏孢子堆面积的扩展呈现两个增长峰。较大的峰出现在夏孢子堆形成初期,另一个是在夏孢子堆形成后的8~10天,峰较小。快叶锈品种的增长峰较高且持续时间较长。上述结果进一步说明了抗扩展是小麦慢叶锈抗病品种的重要抗病特性。

摘  要:
Three slow-rusting and two fast-rusting wheat cultivars were inoculated separately with Ye Zhong 3 Puccinia recondita var tritici to test the mech- anism of resistance. Experiments were carried out under greenhouse condi- tions to measure the growth rate of mycelia and uredia in leaf tissues. During the 48 to 192 hours period after inoculation, the expansion of mycelia showed power function regression with time duration. The result was Y=0. 0879×~(1. 3459) in the slow-rusting wheats and Y=0. 1205×~(1. 389) in the fast-ruting wheats. The daily increase in length of mycelia was 0. 169mm in slow-rusting, culti- vars and 0. 2535mm in fast-rusting cultivars. The increase in uredium area showed linear regression in relation to time duration,. It was Y=0. 0076X+ 0. 005 in slow-rusting cultivars and Y=0. 182X+ 0. 0142 in fast-rusting culti- vars. The daily increase in uredium area was 0. 0065mm~2 in slow-rusting cultivars and 0. 0156mm~2 in fast-rusting cultivars. There were two peaks in the stage of uredium formation.
