高效液相色谱法测定兽药龙胆泻肝散中龙胆苦苷、栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量

摘  要:
建立测定兽药龙胆泻肝散中龙胆苦苷、栀子苷和黄芩苷的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经50%甲醇水溶液超声提取,C18色谱柱分离,254 nm波长下检测,外标法定量。龙胆苦苷在0.400~3.203μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为91.5%,RSD为0. 77%,栀子苷在0.252~2.012μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为90.2%,RSD为1. 58%,黄芩苷在0.500~3.981μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为94.6%,RSD为1.74%。该方法简单、快速、准确度高、重复性好,可以用于兽药龙胆泻肝散的质量控制。

摘  要:
A method for the determination of gentiopicroside,geniposide and baicalin in Longdan Xiegan San were developed by the high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The sample was extracted by ultra sonification50% methanol aqueous solution,and the retention of target compounds was performed on a C18 column and detected at the wavelength of 254 nm,then quantified by the method of external standard. The calibration curves of gentiopicroside were good linear between the peak areas and the concentrations of 0.400 ~ 3.203 μg with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999,and the average recovery rate was 91.5%,RSD = 0.77%. The calibration curves of geniposide were good linear between the peak areas and the concentrations of 0. 252 ~ 2. 012 μg with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999,and the average recovery rate was 90.2%,RSD = 1.58%. The calibration curves of baicalin were good linear between the peak areas and the concentrations of 0.500 ~ 3.981 μg with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999,and the average recovery rate was 94.6%,RSD = 1.74%. The method is simple,quick,accurate and good repeatability,and it can be used for controlling the quality of Longdan Xiegan San.
