硫丹暴露与人类癌症的相关性研究进展

摘  要:
硫丹是一种有机氯类杀虫剂,属于持久性有机污染物(POPs).目前已有多项研究表明硫丹具有持久性、生物富集性、高生物毒性等特性,且具有潜在的致癌性,会对环境和人类的健康产生长久的影响,因而不容忽视.总结了近年来有关硫丹的环境污染特性、暴露浓度和基于流行病学研究发现对人类健康的危害,着重对硫丹潜在的致癌性研究结果进行了归纳和分析,这将为今后揭示以硫丹为代表的农药与人类癌症发生发展的关系提供重要的参考价值.

摘  要:
Endosulfan is an organochlorine insecticide, classified as persistent organic pollutants(POPs). At present, a number of studies have shown that endosulfan is characterized by persistence, bioaccumulation, high toxicity and potential carcinogenicity. It can not be ignored because it will have a long-term impact on the environment and human health. The review summarizes the environmental pollution characteristics, exposure concentration and the harmful health effects of endosulfan based on epidemiological investigation, focused on the potential carcinogenicity of endosulfan, and reviewed the research findings. It will provide important reference value for revealing the relationship between exposure to pesticides represented by endosulfan and the occurrence and development of human cancer in the future.
