摘  要:
试验旨在研究桃金娘4种酚类成分抗猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)的药理活性。以PEDV感染PK细胞为模型,采用细胞病变(CPE)效应法、MTT比色法检测细胞存活率,测定4种酚类成分半数中毒浓度(TC50)、半数有效浓度(EC50),计算药物的治疗指数(TI),分析4种酚类成分对PEDV的抑制作用。结果显示,桃金娘4种酚类成分均有不同程度抗PEDV的药理活性,鞣花酸、白藜芦醇、没食子酸、白皮杉醇的TI分别为65.48、32.59、14.58、3.74;抗病毒效应鞣花酸最好,白藜芦醇优于没食子酸,白皮杉醇最弱。结果表明,桃金娘4种酚类成分具有体外抗PEDV药理活性,鞣花酸、白藜芦醇、没食子酸具有抗猪流行性腹泻病毒药物研究和开发价值。

摘  要:
The aim is to study the pharmacological activity of four phenolic components of myrtle against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV). In the experiment, PK cells infected by PEDV were used as the model, the cell survival rate was detected by CPE effect method and MTT colorimetry, the half toxic concentration(TC50) and half effective concentration(EC50) of four phenolic components were measured, the therapeutic index(TI) of drugs was calculated, and the inhibitory effect of four phenolic components on PEDV was analyzed. The results showed that the four phenolic components of myrtle have different degrees of anti PEDV pharmacological activities. The TI of ellagic acid, resveratrol, gallic acid and piceatannol are 65.48, 32.59, 14.58 and 3.74, respectively. The antiviral effect of ellagic acid is the best, resveratrol is better than gallic acid, and piceatannol is the weakest. The results showed that the four phenolic components of myrtle had the pharmacological activity against PEDV in vitro, and ellagic acid, resveratrol and gallic acid had the value of research and development of anti swine epidemic diarrhea virus drugs.
