食品科学专业教学中“头脑风暴法”的应用探讨

摘  要:
头脑风暴法是一种从心理上激励群体创新思维的通用方法,被德国教育界引入教学领域,成为行为引导型教学法中的一种方法,在教学中运用头脑风暴法有利于培养学生的创新思维,拓宽学生的知识面;有利于加强师生交流,调动学生的积极性;有利于培养学生的团队精神。将"头脑风暴法"应用到食品科学专业教学中,用于学生发散思维和创新能力的培养,效果显著。

摘  要:
Brainstorming method was the most common method for innovative thinking of incentive groups from psychology which was introduced into teaching areas by Germen educationalist as a teaching method of guidance. Brainstorming used in teaching was conductive to cultivation of students, innovative thinking, broaden knowledge of students, mobilize enthusiasm of students and help students′cultivate team spirit. Brainstorming was applied in food science speciality education in order to train divergent thinking and innovation capability of students and its effect was obvious.
