安徽界首两湾国家湿地公园浮游动物群落结构特征研究

摘  要:
为探究安徽界首两湾国家湿地公园浮游动物群落结构及其环境因子的影响,于2019年1月、4月、7月、10月对两湾河流界首段浮游动物进行采样及相关调查。研究采集并鉴定出浮游动物14科23属46种。其中轮虫居多,有37种;枝角类和桡足类分别有4种和5种。优势种主要以曲腿龟甲轮虫、针簇多肢轮虫、螺形龟甲轮虫、长额象鼻溞、广布中剑水蚤、透明温剑水蚤等为主。浮游动物的平均密度和生物量分别是560.96 ind./L和1.08 mg/L,且皆在7月达到最高。在空间变化上,主河道浮游动物密度和生物量一般高于古河道。冗余分析(RDA)结果表明,影响浮游动物群落结构的主要因子有pH值、DO、WT、DW、SD和Chl.a浓度。研究结果为揭示淮河流域浮游动物群落结构特征提供基础理论依据。

In order to explore the structural features of the zooplankton community in Anhui Jieshou Liangwan National Wetland Park and effects of the environmental factors, samplings and related surveys were made on the zooplankton in Jieshou section of the 2 Liangwan rivers in January, April, July and October, 2019. 46 species belonging to 23 genera in 14 families of zooplankton were collected, studied and identified, including 37 species of rotifers, 4 species of cladocerans and 5 species of copepods. The dominant species were mainly such species as Keratella valga, Polyarthra trigla, Keratella cochlearis, Bosmina longirostris, Mesocyclops leuckarti and Thermocyclops hyalinus. The mean density and mean biomass of zooplankton were 560.96 ind./L and 1.08 mg/L respectively, both reaching the biggest in July. In terms of spatial change, the mean density and mean biomass of zooplankton were generally higher than those in the ancient river. Redundancy analysis(RDA) results showed that the main factors affecting the zooplankton community structure were pH value, DO, WT, DW, SD and Chl.a concentration. The results could provide basic theoretical basis for revealing the structural feature of zooplankton community in Huaihe River Basin.
