用于车辆悬架的磁流变减振器研究动态

摘  要:
出于提高车辆悬架性能的目的,国内外对主动、半主动悬架相关技术展开了深入研究,磁流变减振器因为具有能耗低、响应快、可控性好等特点而受到特别关注。对磁流变减振器的设计需要在深入研究其工作模式和力学模型的基础上,探讨减振器内部磁场和流场分布规律,研究结构参数对阻尼力的影响以及磁路结构的优化设计。对于目前存在的响应滞后、高温衰退等问题有待深入研究。磁流变减振器的开发要和悬架系统参数设计结合起来,与系统实现完好匹配才能开发出能显著提高车辆悬架性能的磁流变减振器。

摘  要:
Investigation have been done on active and semi-active suspensions to improve the performance of vehicle.MR dampers has attracted attention for its low-expender,short response time characteristics.Work-mode and dynamic model of MR dampers had be studied.The structure of MR damper can be optimized by researching the distributing rule of magnetic field and flow field.Farther study should be done on the questions of response lag and temperature.The parameter of MR damper and suspension should be matching as the MR damper be used on suspension.
