中国古代夏季蔬菜的品种增加及动因分析

摘  要:
夏季是中国古代的蔬菜供应淡季,"园枯"现象时有发生。在中国本土蔬菜尤其夏季蔬菜比较紧缺的情况下,主要通过引进的方式增加夏季蔬菜品种,以解决"夏畦少蔬供"的情况。明代以前,虽有引进,但仍难以满足对夏季蔬菜需求,明清以来,随着美洲蔬菜作物的引进,加之充分发挥本土蔬菜作为夏季蔬菜的潜力,最终在清代形成了以茄果瓜豆为主的夏季蔬菜结构。中国古代夏季蔬菜的品种增加的动因也是多方面的。

摘  要:
Summer vegetables were supplied not enough in ancient China,that's why"garden withered"had occurred from time to time.Under this condition,to solve the problem of"less vegetables in summer",summer vegetables varieties were increased mainly by the way of introduction.Before Ming Dynasty,the introduction of summer vegetables couldn't meet the demand of people.Until the introduction of American vegetables and making full use of local vegetables as summer vegetables,the summer vegetables structure in China was finally formed in Qing Dynasty.Causes of the increase of summer vegetables' varieties in ancient China are in many aspects.
