伪狂犬病毒流行毒株的抗原性和血清中和特性分析

摘  要:
2011年以来,我国多个省份伪狂犬病免疫猪群相继暴发伪狂犬病疫情。为了探明伪狂犬病毒(PRV)流行毒株是否存在抗原变异,本研究从3个规模猪场3种PRV商品疫苗免疫的健康猪群中采集30份血清,经检测PRV gB ELISA抗体均为阳性,gE ELISA抗体均为阴性。采用PRV新流行毒株ZJ-01株和传统的LA毒株分别进行血清中和抗体测定,结果显示,3个毒株活疫苗免疫血清与ZJ-01株中和抗体效价明显低于其与LA株中和抗体效价。同时,ZJ-01株抗血清与ZJ-01株和LA株的中和抗体效价相似,其变异系数R值为0.279~0.413,证明PRV分离毒株ZJ-01抗原性发生明显变异。本研究为伪狂犬病的防控提供了重要依据。

摘  要:
Since 2011,the pigs in many herds with pseudorabies virus( PRV) vaccination have suffered from pseudorabies in China. In order to investigate the antigenic characteristics of the new pandemic strain ZJ-01,30 serum samples were collected from the pigs vaccinated with PRV vaccines,while 3 serum samples against ZJ01 were used for the cross-neutralization tests with ZJ01 and traditional PRV LA strain.The results showed the sera from three different vaccinated swine populations had significantly lower neutralizing effect on the PRV ZJ01 strain,compared with that on PRV LA strain. But the neutralizing effect of the anti-ZJ-01 serum on ZJ-01 was similar to that on LA strain.The antigenic relatedness R values between ZJ-01 and LA strains were between 0. 279 and 0. 413. Meanwhile,the sera against PRV vaccines were negative to gE antibody. It suggests that the new pandemic strain ZJ-01 changed greatly in antigenicity. This study provides a basis for control of pseudorabies.
