摘  要：
本研究借鉴中草药提高人体免疫力的研究成果,通过分子生物学技术,测定中草药补肾治疗前后华南虎血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-2R、IL-6、IFNγ;血清免疫球蛋白指标IgG、IgA、IgM及超氧化歧化酶SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-Px等生化指标,探讨中草药补肾治疗提高老龄华南虎免疫功能及抗氧化功能的机理,制定提高华南虎免疫力的中草药配方,为制定华南虎保护策略和遗传管理计划提供参考。

摘  要：
We reviewed research achievements in the use of Chinese herbal medicine for improving human immunity,then administered tonifying kidney treatment to South China tiger using Chinese herbal medicine.Before and after the treatment,we measured serum cytokines IL-2,IL-2R,IL-6,IFNy;serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and superoxide dismutase SOD,glutathione peroxidase GSH-Px and other biochemical markers.Our objective was to explore the suitability of herbal treatment to improve the immune mechanism and antioxidant function of aging tigers.We developed an herbal formula to improve the immunity of treated tigers.Based on the results of our experiments and research,we report here on efforts to improve herbal recipes and present information for development of conservation strategies and genetic management plans for South China tiger.
