1990-2011年新疆农业生产要素投入对农业经济增长的贡献

摘  要：
为探明新疆农业经济增长与农业生产要素投入之间的关系,利用计量模型对1990-2011年新疆农业经济增长与各投入要素的时间序列数据进行了分析。结果表明:有效灌溉面积、实际农村固定资产投资、化肥施用量、农业总支出对新疆农业经济增长有一定的贡献,弹性系数分别为0.721、0.675、0.599和0.418,而第一产业从业人员数、农业机械总动力、农村用电量、农药使用量、农用塑料薄膜和农用柴油使用量等6个要素的作用不够明显。提出了促进新疆农业经济发展的政策建议。

摘  要：
To explore the relationship between agricultural economic growth and agricultural production factors inputs,the time serial data of agricultural economic growth and various input factors in Xinjiang during 1990-2011were analyzed by measurement model.Results:Effective irrigation area,rural fixed asset investment,chemical fertilizer amount and total agriculture spending have certain contribution to Xinjiang agricultural economic growth and the elasticity coefficients are 0.721,0.675,0.599and 0.418 respectively.However,the roles of the following six factors are not obvious,they are employee number in the first industry,the total power of agricultural machinery,electricity consumption in rural areas, pesticides usage,agricultural plastic film and agricultural diesel usage.Some policy proposals are also put forward to promote the agricultural economic development in Xinjiang.
