摘  要：
This article describes the concept and classification of line loss of electric power system. The root causes of line loss and the key factors that affect line lose rate are analyzed. Specific loss-reducing measures are proposed in terms of technology and management in a bid to provide theoretic reference for the sound operation of power network.
