对草荒对土壤细菌及土壤酶活性的影响

摘  要:
用不同浓度的对草荒溶液喷洒土壤,检测土壤中细菌及酶活性。结果表明,对草荒的浓度高低对土壤中细菌及酶活性有很大的影响。对草荒能抑制土壤中细菌的生长繁殖,对草荒浓度在400倍液的时候,土壤中蛋白酶的活性最高;对草荒浓度在500倍液的时候,土壤中脲酶的活性最高。

摘  要:
The quantity of bacteria and activity of enzymes were studied after spraying different concentrations of paraquat on soil.The results revealed that the bacteria growth and activity of enzymes in soil were significantly influenced by the concentration of paraquat.The highest activities of protease and urease were observed at the 400 times and 500 times dilution respectively.
