适应大庆油田三类油层的驱油体系筛选及评价

摘  要:
大庆油田三类油层目前仍采用水驱方式开采,水驱采出程度较低,剩余潜力大,是大庆油田今后重要的接替潜力。为尽快形成三类油层提高采收率技术,通过室内试验筛选了中低分子量抗盐聚合物、二元复合体系及三元复合体系,评价了体系性能。结果表明,相同条件下,三元复合体系驱油效果明显优于聚合物及二元复合体系;800×104抗盐聚合物可比普通900×104聚合物多提高采收率5个百分点,且可节省聚合物用量60%;对于强碱三元复合体系,适合选用800×104抗盐聚合物配制,可节省聚合物用量50%以上;现有中低分子量聚合物在性能上还存在不足,需要攻关研制更适用于三类油层的新型聚合物,以提高增黏性能,改善稳定性能,同时获得更优的驱油效果。

摘  要:
At present low permeability reservoirs(Type III Reservoir)in Daqing Oilfield have been still produced by water flooding,recovery percent of reserves was low for water flooding,tapping the potential of remaining oil was high,it was an important replacement potential in Daqing Oilfield in the future.For establishing the technology to improve oil recovery in the low permeability reservoirs as soon as possible,through indoor experiments,a low salt resistant polymer,binary compound system and the ternary compound system were screened,performance of the system was evaluated.The result shows that under the same condition,the oil displacement effect of ternary compound system is obviously better than that of the polymer and the binary composite systems.The recovery percent of 800 ×104 salt resistant polymer has 5% more than that of 900×104 polymer,it can save the polymer injection amount by 60%.For ternary compound system with high alkali,it is suitable for preparation with 800×104 salt resistant polymer,it can save more than 50% of the polymer injection amount.The existed low molecular weight polymer has shortcomings in its performance,it needs to be improved by research and development for suitably used in the low permeability reservoirs for the purpose of improving its viscosity and stability for obtaining better oil displacement effect.
