内蒙古农产品质量安全存在问题及成因

摘  要：
内蒙古的农产品以绿色和无污染而著称,许多地区生产的农产品,其品质优良,享誉海内外。但是,近年来由于农业投入品的不合理施用等原因,造成内蒙古农产品质量安全方面存在一些不容忽视的问题:农产品化学污染情况比较严重;农产品掺杂使假屡禁不止;部分农产品的品质较差;农产品的质量安全影响到了出口贸易等。笔者分析内蒙古造成农产品不安全的原因:一是产地环境受到污染;二是高毒农药仍在使用;三是氮素化肥施用比例偏高;四是农产品质量安全标准束之高阁;五是部分生产经营者缺乏社会诚信;六是对小作坊与摆地摊管理不善;七是农产品安全标准体系和检测体系仍不完善;八是政府监管体制不顺监督管理不到位等。

摘  要：
Agricultural products in Inner Mongolia are famous for green and non-pollution.Agricultural products of many areas in Inner Mongolia are excellent in quality,wich are enjoyed a high prestige in the world.But there are still some problems we could not overlook in quality safety of agricultural production of Inner Mongolia because of unreasonable use of agricultural input in recent years.Chemical pollution of Agricultural products are in a serious situation;The phenomenon mixing with another,usually inferior products appeared again and again;The quality of some agricultural products is bad;Quality safety of agricultural products affects export trade.I think that there are eight main reasons making unsafety of Agricultural Products in Inner Mongolia: Production area environment is polluted;Riskiest pesticide is still used;Application rates of nitrogen fertilizer is high;Although there are many quality and safety standards,most of them are not paid much attention;Some production operators are not honest;lacking perfect management to individual workshops and putting stalls;The safety standard and testing system of agriculture products are incomplete;The government frame of controling and supervision lacks of perfection or responsibility.
