海水养殖废水中氨氮降解菌的诱变及培养条件

摘  要:
以蛋白酶产生菌ZS7、亚硝化细菌ZW38和反硝化细菌ZL5为出发菌株,经微波和亚硝基胍复合诱变,分别获得相应的高效菌株YS5、YW5和YL3。YS5菌株在37℃、pH6.8~8.0时,发酵产酶能力最强,蛋白酶活力为2.471×103U/ml,为出发菌株的2.2倍。亚硝化细菌YW5在37℃、pH 6.0~7.2时,亚硝酸盐的生成速率最快,为3.39 mg/(L.d),为出发菌株的1.5倍;反硝化细菌YL3在37℃、pH 6.0~7.2时,还原亚硝酸盐的速率最快,为3.05 mg/(L.d),为出发菌株的1.7倍。

摘  要:
High-yield strains YS5,YW5 and YL3 were developed from original bacteria—ZS7,ZW38 and ZL5 mutagenized by a microwave and NTG.The mutant strain YS5 had enzyme activity of 2.471×103 U/ml,increasing by almost 2.2 times at the condition of pH 6.8~8.0,and temperature of 37 ℃.The YW5 and YL3 were found to increase in generation rate of nitrite almost by 1.5 times and 1.7 times of 3.39 mg/(L·d) for YW5 and 3.05 mg/(L·d) for YL3.
