溶磷菌和根瘤菌混合菌剂对苜蓿苗期生长的影响

摘  要:
采用钼锑抗比色法和高效液相色谱法,测定了1株优良根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium meliloti gs1)和2株溶磷菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens gs91和Bacillus sp.gs5)单独培养及混合后的溶磷量和IAA分泌量变化及菌剂对苜蓿苗期生长的影响。结果表明:混合菌株的溶磷及分泌IAA能力均有提高,其中菌株组合gs91+gs5+gs1的溶磷和分泌IAA能力分别达248.27mg/L和24.63μg/mL;混合菌剂的促生效果优于单一菌剂,以gs91+gs5+gs1组合效果最好,苜蓿的株高、根长、结瘤数、地上生物量、地下生物量、粗蛋白质含量及含磷量等分别较对照增加了67.05%、37.62%、130.38%、86.44%、122.31%、36.02%和40.81%。

摘  要:
The effects of one strain of rhizobium(Sinorhizobium meliloti gs1)and two strains of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria(Pseudomonas fluorescens gs91 and Bacillus sp.gs5)were studied by the methods of molybdenum blue and HPLC.Characteristics of response to phosphate-solubilizing and indole acetic acid(IAA)secreting were investigated.The effects of single strain and mixed strains inoculums on alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)seedling growth were tested based on pot experiment as well.The results indicated that the ability of phosphate-solubilizing and IAA secreting of mixed bacteria strains were significantly increased compared to single strain.And phosphate-solubilization and IAA secreting under the treatment gs91+gs5+gs1were 248.27mg/L and 24.63μg/mL respectively.The treatments with inoculums had an obvious effect on the characteristics of alfalfa growth compared with control.The treatment of compound inoculums had higher promotion effect than single on alfalfa growth.The compound inoculums,treatment gs91+gs5+gs1,had a significant effect on plant height,the nodule number,root length,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,content of crude protein(CP)and phosphate,which were enhanced by 67.05%,37.62%,130.38%,86.44%,122.31%,36.02% and 40.81%,respectively,compared to the control(P<0.05).
