蒜头果中黄酮类化合物的提取及含量测定

摘  要:
[目的]提取蒜头果中黄酮类成分,并计算其含量。[方法]采用回流法、微波法和磁力搅拌法从蒜头果种皮中提取黄酮类化合物并测定其含量。[结果]蒜头果种皮中含有黄酮类化合物,回流法和磁力搅拌法提取黄酮的含量较高,得率分别为1.764和1.721mg/g;微波法最低,得率为0.810mg/g。[结论]回流法和磁力搅拌法适于蒜头果种皮中总黄酮的提取。

摘  要:
[Objective]To extract the flavonoids from Malania oleifera and determine its content.[Method]The total flavonoids were extracted from M.oleifera seed coat by reflux method,microwave-assisted method and magnetic stirring method,and their contents were determined.[Result]The seed coat of M.oleifera was rich in flavonoids.The reflux method and magnetic stirring method used in extracting flavonoids got the better extraction rate,with the flavonoid yields of being 1.764 and 1.721 mg/g,respectively.The microwave-assisted extraction method was lowest in extracting rate with the yield of 0.810 mg/g.[Conclusion]It was more applicable to extract total flavonoids from M.oleifera seed coat by reflux method and magnetic stirring method.
