变频调速技术在微喷灌中的应用

摘  要:
以实地试验资料为依据,分析变频调速技术对微喷灌均匀度的影响及其应用于微喷灌的节能效果。结果表明,变频调速技术对微喷灌均匀度具有明显的改善作用,对不同的工作情况,变频调速技术可将微喷灌均匀度由水泵工频运行时的79.5%、70%、63%提高到水泵变频运行后的82%,提高百分比分别为3.1%、17.1%与30.2%;依同时工作的喷头数不同,其节能效果为25.9%~41.7%。

摘  要:
Based on experimental data, the influence of frequency control technique on uniform degree of micro-sprinkler irrigation system and its energy-saving effect were analyzed in this paper. The result indicated that frequency control technique could evidently improve irrigation uniform degree of micro-sprinkler system, which can be raised from 79.5%,70%,63% to 82%, respectively increased by 3.1%, 17.7% and 30.2% when the working situation changed. The energy-saving effect can attain (25.9)%~41.7% when the number of spray nozzle working simultaneously was changed.
