不同佐剂对卡介苗的免疫增强作用

摘  要：
以牛型结核分枝杆菌敏感动物豚鼠为实验动物 ,分别以猪苓多糖 (PUP)、IL-2和 IL-3真核表达质粒为免疫佐剂 ,比较研究 3种佐剂对卡介苗 (BCG)免疫效果的调节作用和免疫器官的病理变化。在首免后第 50 d和二免后第 50 d,进行间接 EL ISA和 MTT比色检测及组织病理学检测 ,结果显示 ,PUP和 IL -2真核表达质粒、IL -3真核表达质粒均能增强豚鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫应答 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 ) ,而 PUP的佐剂作用则更为突出

摘  要：
Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide(PUP),eukaryotic express plasmid of Murine IL 2(pCDNA 3 IL 2) and IL 3(pCDNA 3 IL 3) were used as adjuvants in the study. The experiments were conducted to compare the immune modulation effects and histological lesions of the three adjuvants to BCG inoculation in the levels of cellular immunity,humoral immunity and histopathology. The experimental animals were guinea pigs. Fifty days after twice BCG vaccination samples were detected by indirect ELISA,MTT and histopathological lesions of immune organs.These results indicated that PUP,pCDNA 3 IL 2 and pCDNA 3 IL 3 can effectively enhance the humoral immunity and the cellular immunity of guinea pig induced by BCG, and effects of PUP are more evident.
