摘  要：
The paper put forward the personal view based on the existing problem of the personnel quality in medium- and small-size agricultural libraries. By referencing the advanced talents idea of both domestic and international libraries the paper illustrates the necessity of improving personnel quality of the libraries, continued stud and acceptance of re-education.
