随着林权类不动产登记的逐步实施,为确保深化集体林权制度改革的顺利推进,促进不动产登记与深化林改的协调发展,该文通过福建省目前林权类不动产登记的现状,以泰宁县的具体数据及广大林企林农的迫切需求,研究林权类不动产登记与深化林改之间存在的问题及对策,为顺利推进改革创新提供理论参考。

摘要：

With the gradual implementation of real estate registration of the forest right,to ensure the smooth prog-ress of the deep reform of collective forest right system and promote the coordinated development of real estate regis-tration and deep forest reform,problems and countermeasures of real estate registration and deep forest reform werestudied by current status of forest property registration in Fujian Province,the specific data in Taining County andthe urgent needs of many farmers and forest enterprises,providing theoretical reference for the smooth reform and in-novation.
