咖啡同工酶的研究

摘  要:
以过氧化物酶、酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶为生化指标,对咖啡的萌发种子、叶、花进行了系统的研究和比较。结果表明:小粒种咖啡花的雄蕊和雌蕊在不同的发育期,不同种咖啡花的雄蕊和雌蕊在相同的发育期,不同种咖啡的叶片,激素处理咖啡的萌发种子和幼苗的叶片,其有关同功酶谱带的数目和活性都有明显的区别。这种差异为咖啡的生长发育,不同性状的差异,种的鉴定提供理论依据和相应的生化指标。

摘  要:
The isozymes of peroxidase, esterase and cytochrome oxidase were taken as biochemistry indices for systematic analyses and comparisons of germinating seeds, leaves and flowers of coffee. The results showed that there were significant differences among the number and activity of the isozymes in the stamens and pistils of Arabian coffee flowers at different developmental stages or in the stamens and pistils of coffee flowers of different varieties at the same developmental stages or in the leaves of different coffee varieties, or in the germinating coffee seeds and leaves of seedlings induced by hormone stimulation. The differences would provide theoretical evidence and correspording biochemistry indices for the growth and development, characters distinction and spieces identification of coffee.
