本科教育学生淘汰机制的探索与实践

摘  要：
我国高等教育经历了精英教育、大众化教育等阶段后,即将进入普及化教育阶段,本科教育在其中占有重要地位。在普及化教育阶段确保人才培养质量是本科教育的本职职责,而淘汰机制是世界一流大学保证人才培养质量的重要手段。因此,结合西南林业大学本科生教育实际,探索建立健全本科教育的淘汰机制,对高校本科学生进行适当淘汰,激发出学生的学习内生动力是确保我国人才培养质量的内在要求,也是我国高等教育的必然选择。

摘  要：
Undergraduate education, the fundamental part of Chinese higher education, has gone through the stage of cultivating elites and mass education, and it will enter the stage of popularization. To guarantee quality of talent cultivating is the responsibility of undergraduate education during this stage, and the system of elimination is a significant method in first-class universities around the world to guarantee theirs quality of talent cultivating. Combining with the reality situation of undergraduate education in Southwest Forestry University, establishing and improving a system of elimination in undergraduate stage can inspire undergraduate students′ endogenous motivation, which is an intrinsic requirement to guarantee quality of talent cultivating, and it is also an inexorable requirement for Chinese higher education.
