摘  要:
研究了超临界CO2 流体萃取螺旋藻油的条件 ,着重研究了萃取压力、温度、萃取时间和CO2 流量对油脂萃取率的影响 ,优化了萃取工艺条件 :即萃取压力 2 5MPa ,温度 40℃ ,时间 2h ,CO2 流量 30kg h ,并利用GC/MS分析了最佳条件下萃取的螺旋藻油成分组成。

摘  要:
Extraction technique of spirulina oil with supercritical carbon dioxide was studied in this paper. The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and the flow rate of carbon dioxide on the extraction yield were investigated. The pressure, temperature, time and carbon dioxide optima for the maximal extraction yield were at 25MPa,40℃,2 0h,30kg/h respectively. The components of spirulina oil were determined by GC/MS.
