从构建合理的教学目标,改革教学方法及手段,强化实践动手能力的培养以及改革考试、考核方式等方面,对高职院校食品加工专业的主要专业课《畜产品加工技术》课程产品导向式理实一体化整体教学设计进行了探讨。

With regard to the construction of reasonable teaching goals,teaching methods and means to strengthen the learners’practical abilities,the paper also talks about the reform of examination,assessment methods and so on.In addition,the product-oriented & theory-practice integrated overall teaching design,which aims at the major professional curriculum"livestock product processing technology"in food processing field is discussed.
