乡村振兴背景下“一懂两爱”人才培养模式研究——以农村区域发展专业核心课程改革为例

摘  要:
在实施乡村振兴战略的时代要求下,加强"三农"工作队伍建设成为牵动全局、事关根本的大事。为破解实施乡村振兴战略的人才瓶颈,以福建农林大学农村区域发展专业为研究对象,通过课程评估、专业恳谈会、文献法等方法梳理专业人才培养现状,阐明"一懂两爱"人才内涵并构建"五力"互动模型;提出树立整体教育观、突出爱农情怀教育、增强教师改革自觉;从"明确人才培养目标""整合教学资源,革新课程体系""学程分段,设计理论与实践相融合的教学方案""加强多元主体参与的课程评估,及时调整人才培养模式"等4个方面,对"一懂两爱"人才培养模式进行探讨与完善。

摘  要:
In response to the requirements of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in new era, strengthening the construction of the "Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers" work team has become a major event that affects the overall situation and has a fundamental impact. In order to solve problems of the talent training of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, taking the Rural Regional Development Specialty of Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University as the research object, this paper combs the current situation of professional talent cultivation through curriculum evaluation, professional discussion and archive research, clarifies the connotation of "One Understand and Two Loves" and constructs the "Five Abilities" interactive model. Education outlook, emphasizing the love for agriculture, enhancing teachers' reform consciousness; From four aspects of "defining the goal of talent training", "integrating teaching resources", "innovating curriculum system", "segmenting courses, designing a teaching plan integrating theory with practice", "strengthening the curriculum evaluation of multi-subject participation, and adjusting the talent training mode in time", this paper explores and improves the talent training mode of "One Understand and Two Loves".
