辽宁省农村中小学教师普通话使用现状及对策研究

摘  要:
《国家语言文字事业"十三五"发展规划》指出,普及国家语言文字仍是下一步语言文字工作的首要任务,其中大力提升农村地区普通话水平又被列为重中之重.辽宁省一直高度重视普通话的推广工作,并取得了显著成果,但在农村中小学教师推普工作中还存在着诸多不足,主要表现在受地域分布及教学基础薄弱等因素影响,教师普通话水平还存在不均等、自觉规范意识不够、监管有漏洞等问题,今后辽宁省农村中小学推普工作的重点应落实在培养教师自觉规范意识、加强监管、完善培训上.

摘  要:
The National 13 th Five-Year Development Plan for the Language and Literature Business pointed out that popularizing national language is still the most important work in the next step,and the promotion of Putonghua in rural areas has been listed as a top priority. Liaoning Province has always attached great importance to the promotion of Putonghua and has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still shortcomings in the work of promoting Putonghua to rural primary and secondary school teachers.Because of the geographical distribution and weak teaching foundation,there are problems such as the teachers' uneven Putonghua competency,insufficient awareness of conscious regulation,and the insufficient supervision. To resolve the problem,the author believes that the focus of the rural primary and secondary school education in Liaoning Province should be enhancing teachers' self-consciousness,strengthen supervision,and provide enough training.
