内源发展视角下定点帮扶工作机制研究

摘  要：
定点帮扶作为中国特色的社会帮扶方式之一,也是推动乡村振兴的重要方式.定点帮扶工作主要通过动员定点帮扶单位,发挥部门优势资源以及派驻帮扶力量的作用,吸纳与整合各方帮扶资源,协助地方实现发展目标.文章基于对L县定点帮扶工作的实地调研,以内源发展理论为分析视角,呈现定点帮扶工作机制的实践状况与面临挑战,形成优化定点帮扶工作机制的策略与路径,促使定点帮扶工作力量真正成为推动地方实现内源性发展的重要助力.

摘  要：
As one of the social assistance methods with Chinese characteristics,fixed-point assistance is also an important way to promote rural revitalization.The fixed-point assistance work mainly involves mobilizing the fixed-point assistance units,giving full play to the department's advantageous resources and dispatching the role of the assistance force,absorbing and integrating the assistance resources of all parties,and assisting the local government to achieve its development goals.Based on the field investi-gation of the fixed-point assistance work in L county,the paper presents the practical status and challenges of the fixed-point assis-tance work mechanism from the perspective of endogenous development theory,forms strategies and paths to optimize the fixed-point assistance work mechanism,and makes the fixed-point assistance work force truly grow into an important help to promote local endogenous development.
