复方中草药对大口黑鲈幼鱼生长、消化和血液生化指标的影响

摘  要：
为研究不同水平复方中草药对大口黑鲈幼鱼生长、消化、血液生化指标的影响,试验选取初始体重为(0.61±0.01)g,初始体长为(3.14±0.02)cm的750尾健康大口黑鲈幼鱼,分别投喂0、2.5‰、5.0‰、7.5‰、10.0‰中草药饲料,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼,饲养8周.结果显示:与对照组相比,5.0‰组大口黑鲈幼鱼增重率和特定生长率显著升高(P<0.05),2.5‰和5.0‰组摄食率和饲料系数均显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组中胃和肠道的脂肪酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),5.0‰组的胃、肠道和肝胰脏的蛋白酶活性较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,5.0‰组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和5.0‰、7.5‰超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著提高(P<0.05),7.5‰组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,2.5‰和5.0‰组葡萄糖含量显著升高(P<0.05),5.0‰和7.5‰组的总胆固醇和三酰甘油含量显著降低(P<0.05),2.5‰和5.0‰组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,复方中草药对大口黑鲈幼鱼具有促生长、促消化、提高抗氧化能力和降脂作用,饲料中复方中草药适宜添加水平为5.0‰~7.5‰.

摘  要：
In order to investigate the effects of different levels of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the growth,digestion and blood biochemical indexes of Juvenile Micropterus salmoides,750 Juvenile Mi-cropterus salmoides with an initial body weight of(0.61±0.01)g and an initial body length of(3.14±0.02)cm were selected and fed with 0,2.5‰,5‰,7.5‰ and 10.0‰ Chinese herbal medicine feed re-spectively.There were three replicates in each group and 50 fishes in each replicate for 8 weeks.The re-sults showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Juve-nile Micropterus salmoides in the 5‰ group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the feeding rate and feed coefficient in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the con-trol group,the lipase activity in the stomach and intestines of the test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the protease activity in the stom-ach,intestines,and hepatopancreas of the 5‰group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Com-pared with the control group,the T-AOC activity in 5‰ group,SOD activity in the 5‰ and 7.5‰group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px activity of the 7.5‰ group was sig-nificantly increased(P<0.05).The MDA content in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the glucose content in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the total cholesterol and triglyceride content in the 5‰ and 7.5‰ groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In summary,the compound Chinese herbal medicine has the effects of promoting growth and digestion,improving antioxidant capacity and reducing lipid content for juvenile Micropterus salmoides.The appropriate level of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the feed is 5‰-7.5‰.
