摘 要:
Five monoclonal antibodies (AIV-NP-2C3, AIV-NP-6A5, AIV-NP-3H9, AIV-NP-7B4 and AIV-NP-2H4) specifically against nuclear protein of avian influenzavirus (AIV) were developed by synthesizing the SP 2/0 and spleen cells of BALB mice immunized with H9 subtype AIV. The specificity of the monoclonal antibodies were analysed by IFA and ELISA. Results revealed that all monoclonal antibodies reacted with all AIV viral strains. It was observed that only the 60 ku protein antigen of AIV-H9 was recognized by the monoclonal antibodies using Western blot. Preliminary results showed that AIV can be detected by monoclonal antibodies in IFA and ELISA.
