摘  要:
为了解毛金竹竹笋的品质,对其营养状况进行了分析,结果表明:竹笋含有粗蛋白等多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和17种氨基酸。毛金竹竹笋是营养价值较高、味道鲜美的一种蔬菜,可适当发展。

摘  要:
To understand the quality of Phyllostachys nigra var.henonis shoots,the nutritional composition in bamboo shoots of Phyllostachys nigra var.henonis was analyzed. The results showed that the bamboo shoots not only contained 17 kinds of amino acids and crude proteins,but rich in mineral elements. The shoots of Phyllostachys nigra var.henonis was a vegetable with nutrition and a delicious taste,so it could be appropriately developed.
