武平绿茶是福建省的名优茶,其得天独厚的生态地理环境、优质的茶树品种及适宜的加工工艺等,形成了一系列色、香、味俱佳,品质特征独特的名、特、优茶叶产品。本文简单介绍了武平绿茶的历史溯源、传播与发展及品质特征与分类,探讨了武平绿茶品质优异的成因,提出了进一步发展武平绿茶的措施及建议。
